Qualifications
- Proven experience leading HV/LV electrical operations in utilities, construction, or industrial settings.
- Strong commercial awareness, including estimation and bid preparation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements and electrical standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HV/LV electrical operations including installation, maintenance and commissioning.
- Manage project delivery to meet safety, time and budget targets.
- Support commercial activities: estimation, tender preparation and bids.
- Ensure HSQE standards and procedures are followed across projects.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and development to teams.
