Job summary

CVL:LDN is seeking an experienced Jointing Supervisor to oversee LV jointing teams across the Thames Valley. The role involves supervising jointing works on DNO LV cable installations and terminations in a busy workload environment.

Requirements include NRSWA Supervisor and EUSR accreditation, with a strong safety focus and ability to coordinate multiple crews on site. Salary to £58k with a company vehicle, fuel card, annual bonus, pension and 28 days holiday.

Qualifications

• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation is required.
• EUSR accreditation is required.
• Experience supervising LV jointing on DNO networks.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Contract Manager, supervise and coordinate jointing teams on DNO LV cable installations and terminations.
• Ensure works comply with DNO specifications, HSE regulations, and company procedures.
• Plan daily activities and allocate resources to meet project programmes.
• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks.
• Inspect jointing work for quality and technical compliance.
• Liaise with Project Managers and client representatives regarding workload.
• Manage permits, RAMS, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all plant, materials, and equipment are available and used correctly.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and documentation.
• Support training and development of new Jointers and Apprentices.
