Job summary

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience in furniture/homeware is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to close sales using soft selling techniques.
• Good organisational skills and weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Offer expert product advice in store and via phone.
• Generate and maximise project revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions accurately and handle paperwork.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert prospects.
• Promote OKA In-Store Design Advisors and IDS service.
• Lead and support the sales floor team and maintain presentation standards.
