Job summary

OKA is recruiting a part-time Interior Sales Advisor to support the Retail Team at Redbrick. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for interiors.

You will work 16 hours per week across four days, with a schedule from 1pm to 4pm, reporting to the Store Manager. The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, a passion for interiors, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, preferably in furniture/homeware.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building.
• Proven soft selling, including cross-selling.
• Good organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Flexible weekends/public holidays and occasional travel for meetings/training.
• Target-driven mindset.
• Keen interest and enthusiasm for beautiful interiors.
• Creative, problem-solving spirit.
• Passion for the OKA brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Advise on products in person and via phone.
• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions accurately and complete paperwork.
• Identify sales opportunities.
• Promote the OKA In-Store Design Advisors and IDS service.
• Greet customers, assist, manage returns, and uphold store standards.
