Job summary

OKA is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to join our luxury interior team in Guildford. You will deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue through expert product knowledge and proactive selling.

As a senior member of the sales floor, you will mentor others, greet customers, handle returns, and uphold store presentation while promoting our Interior Design Service (IDS) and OKA branding.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience in furniture or homeware is essential.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and long-lasting relationships.
• Proven soft selling and cross-selling of related products.
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays and travel to support stores.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Evidence of closing sales and converting prospects into purchases.
• Strong interest in beautiful interiors and OKA branding.
• Creative, proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Offer expert product advice in person and by phone.
• Generate and maximise project revenue to hit targets.
• Process EPOS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote design services.
• Mentor and support other sales floor colleagues.
• Maintain store presentation and back-office standards.
