Job summary

OKA Bath seeks a part-time Interior Sales Advisor (32 hours) to support our Retail Team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge and help customers create beautifully styled spaces.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will greet customers, assist with purchases, manage EPOS transactions, and promote OKA’s in-store design services. Weekend and occasional travel to other stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail experience
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and relationships
• Proven soft selling skills including cross-selling
• Good organisational skills and prioritisation
• Flexible weekends and occasional travel for meetings/training
• Target-driven attitude
• Interest in beautiful interiors

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers
• Advise on products in person and via phone
• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets
• Process EPOS transactions accurately
• Identify sales opportunities
• Promote in-store design services (IDS)
• Be a proactive team member on the sales floor
