The successful candidate will have experience in logistics administration, knowledge of TSS/HMRC requirements, and proficient MS Excel skills to generate reports and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport or supply chain administration in a busy environment.
• Strong knowledge of TSS and HMRC requirements and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third-party transport arrangements for inbound and outbound goods.
• Obtain competitive transport quotations and negotiate rates with hauliers.
• Monitor transport activity and resolve delivery issues with suppliers and customers.
• Assist with customs and compliance processes and related documentation.
• Maintain records for customs, transport costs and pallet movements.
• Provide transport, cost and performance reports.
