Job summary

NC Engineering is seeking a Transport Co-ordinator to ensure timely delivery of finished products and to liaise with the Sales Team on current stock and order progress. This full-time, on-site role is based at Hamiltonsbawn, NI, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–2pm) and an August 2026 start date.

The candidate will organise transport, servicing of company vehicles, negotiate with transport companies, and manage deliveries end-to-end with strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise transport of finished goods.
• Organise servicing and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with transport companies.
• Book and arrange deliveries.
• Monitor build status of existing orders and update Sales Team and customers on delivery times.
• Complete all paperwork for deliveries and invoices.
