Morrisons is seeking a Site Manager to lead a large-scale logistics operation in the UK. You will steer the site leadership team, foster a people-driven culture and drive service, availability and productivity for our customers.

You will be responsible for delivering against productivity, cost and performance targets, ensuring compliance with legislation and building strong relationships with stakeholders up to Executive Board level. A pathway for genuine career progression is offered.

• Experience at Site Manager/Director level in a Logistics/Distribution business.
• Strong leadership to create a people-driven culture with a personable approach.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders up to Executive Board level.
