Job summary
Morrisons is seeking a Site Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across Production, Technical, Engineering and Hygiene at our manufacturing site. You will implement the Manufacturing plan and drive performance improvements.
You will develop growth plans with Morrisons and external customers, build strong customer service culture, and deliver KPIs for Financial, Quality, Service and People while ensuring compliance and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience at Site Manager/Director level in FMCG manufacturing.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and industry practices to run a world-class operation.
- Strong leadership creating a people-driven culture with a personable approach.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to drive performance improvement and innovate.
- Capability to build relationships up to Executive Board level.
- Analytical thinking with solid commercial acumen.
- Ambition to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the Manufacturing plan to drive performance improvements.
- Develop and launch growth plans with Morrisons and external customers including online.
- Create a strong customer service culture to ensure high-quality production for Morrisons and third parties.
- Define and deliver KPI-driven improvements in Financial, Quality, Service and People at the site.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards across the site.
- Lead change programmes and drive central best practices.
