Job summary

Bellrock Group is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to identify and create new commercial opportunities in lift engineering. This field-based role blends deep technical knowledge with strong commercial instincts and an extensive industry network, delivering credible technical advice and profitable project pipelines.

Qualifications

Significant lift/vertical transport industry experience with technical delivery understanding.
Proven network within the lift industry to generate opportunities.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify profitable opportunities.
Credible communicator with customers, consultants and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Undertake audits/surveys of lift installations with credible technical advice.
Identify opportunities for lift modernisation, refurbishment, replacement or repair.
Develop clear recommendations into project opportunities.
Maintain a strong pipeline through customer relationships and industry networks.
Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants and facilities managers.
Understand customer requirements and align them with business value.
