Job summary

Bellrock seeks a Senior Technical Business Development Manager in Peterlee, hybrid with national travel. You will combine deep lift engineering knowledge with commercial drive to create opportunities and build a profitable pipeline.

Efficiently manage opportunities from initial contact through quotation and order, while maintaining CRM data and collaborating with technical, estimating and operations teams to deliver competitive solutions.

Qualifications

Significant lift, escalator or vertical transportation experience.
Established industry network and a track record of generating opportunities.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to price and scope projects.
Experience developing project scopes, solutions and quotations.
Credibility engaging with customers, consultants and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify commercially viable lift projects through audits, surveys and technical activity.
Develop clear recommendations and convert them into opportunities.
Build a robust pipeline through relationships, site visits and industry networking.
Engage with customers, consultants, contractors and facilities managers to understand needs.
Collaborate with estimating, technical and operations teams to craft solutions and quotations.
Manage opportunities from identification to order, maintaining CRM records and forecasts.
