Job summary

Lifelancer Ltd is seeking a Principal Business Consultant - Life Sciences Quality to lead large, global projects and own the Quality Practice growth. You will mentor teams, drive multi-million-dollar engagements, and shape strategic deals while leveraging Veeva products and data insights.

The role requires 10+ years in Life Sciences consulting, deep QA domain knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering complex solutions. Remote UK work is supported with London-based HQ references.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Life Sciences consulting (Management consulting preferred).
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain in Life Sciences.
• Extensive experience leading multiple project teams and senior-level relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead for Veeva BC's largest and most complex global projects with full accountability for excellence across teams.
• Drive growth by architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+.
• Mentor consulting teams and uphold delivery standards across the practice.
• Develop and champion industry leadership in Quality for Life Sciences clients.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders using data and Veeva software to solve critical challenges.
