Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will lead a high-energy group, work with a major enterprise customer, and guide adoption of Veeva Quality Cloud through agile delivery.

You will leverage your Life Sciences software implementation and program management background to empower enterprises with best-of-breed cloud solutions, while shaping delivery methods and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT PM/Consulting/PM roles
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program
• Act as the primary customer liaison, managing communications between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption roadmaps
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within Professional Services
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and best practices post-implementation
