Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Consultant in the Quality Practice. You will drive strategic growth, own marquee engagements, and lead client relationships across Life Sciences with a focus on Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

You will mentor teams, develop thought leadership, and ensure delivery excellence while acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders using Veeva’s trusted data and software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience, Management Consulting preferred.
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain within Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects with accountability for delivery.
• Lead and own business development for the Quality Practice, closing key deals over $1M.
• Mentor consulting teams and develop the professional growth and delivery standards.
• Develop and champion industry-leading QualityThought leadership to stay ahead.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders using Veeva data and software.
