Job summary

Veeva Business Consulting in London (Remote UK) seeks an Engagement Manager to lead Quality-focused life sciences engagements. You will transform operating models using technology, data, and AI, driving change across QA, QC, and training in pharma, medtech, and consumer products.

You will build senior client relationships, guide multi-project delivery, and manage $1M+ budgets while shaping the practice through internal IP development and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management)
• Proven ability to lead large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain within Life Sciences
• Analytical mindset with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Nice to Have knowledge of Veeva products and SaaS/Tech-enabled consulting

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end lead on the most complex, large-scale, global engagements
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as main contact for project health and commercial success
• Support brand-building and development of internal IP to keep Veeva at industry forefront
