Qualificações

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven leadership in large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and broader Life Sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Delivery: Lead end-to-end on complex, global engagements.
• Account Leadership: Build senior relationships and lead significant proposals.
• People Leadership: Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across projects.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets of $1M+ and ensure commercial success.
• Practice Building: Support brand-building and internal IP development.
