Veeva is seeking a Principal Business Consultant to join the Quality Practice, helping clients transform how they work with Technology, Data, and AI to drive faster patient access. You will own strategic growth, shape operating models, and oversee delivery of consulting programs on global projects.

The role requires 10+ years in Life Sciences consulting, leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, and a track record of successful large engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in Life Sciences consulting (Management Consulting preferred).
• Track record of winning and delivering $1M+ engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Life Sciences landscape.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.
• Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+.
• Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for professional growth and delivery standards.
