Job summary

Veeva is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences and is growing its Consulting practice globally. We are seeking an Engagement Manager in our Quality Practice to transform how clients work with Technology, Data, and AI to bring treatments to patients faster.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage large engagements, and drive measurable business value while shaping operating models across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and the broader Life Sciences industry
• Highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success
• Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry
