Juice Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator in Bath to join a well‑established property business. The role combines property administration, landlord relationships and rental valuations in a fast‑paced lettings environment.

The ideal candidate will have residential lettings experience, confidence in valuations, and a solid grasp of the local rental market. This is a senior role with scope for personal progression and impact on growth.

• Manage day-to-day administration of the lettings department.

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be searching for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful property business in Bath.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, commercially minded lettings professional who enjoys a varied role combining property administration, landlord relationships and rental valuations.

The ideal candidate will have previous residential lettings experience, including confidence carrying out property valuations and advising landlords on achievable rental values.

DAY TO DAY

• Managing the day-to-day administration of the lettings department.
• Carrying out rental valuations and advising prospective landlords on market conditions and achievable rents.
• Meeting landlords, building relationships and helping secure new property instructions.
• Preparing property particulars and coordinating property marketing.
• Managing the lettings process from initial instruction through to move-in.
• Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants.
• Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Supporting the team with offers, negotiations and viewings where required.
• Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Providing senior administrative support and helping ensure the smooth running of the department.

• Someone proactive, commercially aware and comfortable working independently.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• ARLA Propertymark qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
