2i Recruit Ltd client in Crawley seeks a Senior Lettings Consultant to own applicant enquiries, property viewings and tenancy progression while supporting the lettings team.

Ideal candidate has lettings experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Role involves relationship-building with tenants, landlords and applicants, and proactive process improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year's experience within residential lettings or a similar property-related role.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident building rapport with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work towards deadlines, targets and performance objectives.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
