The role requires proven lettings experience, strong relationship skills and a drive to grow business in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is essential.

The Opportunity for Senior Lettings Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to take the next step in their career as a Senior Lettings Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding lettings expertise and an exceptional level of customer service.
• Manage business profitability and identify opportunities for business development.
• Generate new leads and drive new business.
• Motivate, coach and develop the lettings team.
• Lead regular team and morning meetings to maximise performance.
• Successfully list properties and advise landlords on achieving the best possible rental values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
• Keep up to date with local market trends and become a trusted expert in the area.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure properties are successfully matched with suitable tenants.
• Drive performance against agreed targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• You must be happy to work : 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays on, 1 off)
• You must have a Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience within the lettings industry.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A successful track record of converting valuations into instructions and completed lets.
• Previous experience of leading, motivating or developing a team.
• A driven, passionate and enthusiastic approach.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware and target-focused.
• Confident working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• A genuine passion for helping people find their ideal home.
• Full UK driving licence.
