GCB Agency Recruitment in Crawley is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager to lead and develop a busy lettings operation. You will manage a team, win new business and advise landlords on rental values and market conditions.

This role offers a £55,000–£60,000 OTE package, company car or car allowance, life insurance and a strong path for career progression within a well-established property business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a lettings management or senior lettings position
• A strong track record of generating and converting new business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial and results-driven approach
• The ability to motivate, coach and develop others
• A positive, energetic and self-motivated attitude
• A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team through regular coaching and performance management
