Job summary

Worth Recruiting is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager for a busy Crawley branch. You will lead a lettings team, drive new business, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants in the Crawley area.

The ideal candidate has several years in residential lettings, strong knowledge of legislation, and a track record of achieving targets, with ARLA qualifications advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings, ideally in a management role.
• Strong understanding of lettings process and legislation.
• ARLA qualification is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of a busy lettings department.
• Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve targets.

SENIOR LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE £55,000 per annum

Experienced Senior Lettings Manager required to lead a busy branch in the Crawley area: grow lettings business, manage a team and deliver excellent customer service while achieving strong results and building lasting client relationships.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a successful independent Estate and Lettings Agency in the Crawley area.

This role would suit an individual with several years’ experience in residential lettings who is confident managing a team, generating new business and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.

The company has a strong presence across South London and Sussex and offers a supportive environment, ongoing training and the chance to maximise your earning potential while developing your career in the property sector.
