Job summary

Ambiris Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to drive growth in a busy lettings portfolio. This role offers up to £30,000 basic plus commissions and the chance to progress.

You will handle enquiries, show homes, screen tenants, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, and maintain high service standards within a friendly, expanding team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
• Previous experience working within lettings / property management
• Ambitious with drive to succeed and a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Respond to lettings enquiries quickly and informatively
• Conduct viewings on available homes with tenants
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service levels
• Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
• Oversee, maintain, and inspect designated buildings and properties
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with laws, codes, and company policies
• Select tenants through interviews and background checks
• Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants

Senior Lettings Negotiator - Manchester - Up to £30,000 basic + commissions

Exciting new Senior Lettings Negotiator role, providing you a successful career within the fast-paced lettings industry!

This impressive independent and rapidly growing Lettings and Management Agency are taking over their competition. Due to expansion of their portfolio, and client base, they are currently searching for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their supportive and friendly team.

What you will be doing

• Respond to lettings enquiries quickly and efficiently, in a polite and informative manner
• Conduct viewings on available homes with potential tenants
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service levels
• Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
• Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
• Select tenants through interviews and background checks
• Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants

What you will have

• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

What's in it for you

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
