Cubitt & West - Arun Lettings in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic lettings professional to deliver outstanding service, grow profitability, and drive business development. You will generate new leads, list properties, and advise landlords on achieving the best rental prices, while coaching and leading a team.

This role offers a base salary of £37,000 with realistic earnings of £55,000–£60,000 via uncapped commissions, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, and a driver-friendly

The Package

Basic Salary: £37,000

Realistic Earnings (including commission): £55,000 - £60,000

Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Additional Benefits:
