Job summary

Brighton MET is seeking a Senior Learning Support Assistant to empower learners with SEND. You will lead and develop a dedicated Learning Support team, provide high-level support to learners to achieve their programme of study, and actively drive attendance and success rates.

You will also support the ALS Team Leader in coordinating the LSA provision and ensure quality across Learning Support, contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment with hybrid working during holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting 16–18 year-olds in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide learners with high-level learning support to achieve their programme of study.
• Focus on achieving high attendance and success rates for learners.
