Job summary

EZRA seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer in London, hybrid, to craft high-quality learning experiences translating coaching principles into practical, scalable formats across workshops, webinars, and events.

The role focuses on design, not facilitation, and offers autonomy within EZRA Labs. You will mentor peers and elevate team craft through peer review while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Strong capability designing learning for leadership development, coaching, or human skills.
• Deep working knowledge of psychological principles and behavior change.
• Background in psychological/occupational psychology or behavioural science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of learning experiences across formats (workshops, webinars, events).
• Translate coaching, behavioural science and leadership concepts into learning objectives and activities.
• Create practical, application-focused learning that supports real work behaviour change.
• Balance rigor with accessibility; base learning on evidence without becoming abstract.
• Tackle complex design challenges and bring structure where briefs are evolving.
