Job summary

EZRA London seeks a Solutions Lead to join EZRA Labs, shaping coaching propositions and customer solutions backed by science to drive organizational impact.

You will partner with clients and Sales to deliver workshops, proposals, and discovery sessions that translate challenges into actionable outcomes. This hybrid role emphasizes senior stakeholder engagement and measurable learning impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in HR or Learning and Development consulting or similar
• Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology or equivalent
• Experience leading consultations with senior level teams; international experience expected
• Consultative in approach, curious and eager to learn from partners and clients
• You can lead and collaborate with internal teams to win and deliver

Responsibilities

• Partner with current and prospective clients to understand EZRA’s offering and its impact on learning strategies
• Partner with Sales to develop and deliver presentations, workshops and proposals
• Lead discovery workshops to understand talent priorities and operationalize them through EZRA’s offerings
• Design solutions meeting client needs using coaching formats, content configuration, assessments, and more
• Design engagement strategies to increase EZRA usage across large global organizations; collaborate with Marketing
• Advise and design measurement strategies to examine ROI of EZRA; work with Insights & Assessments to report results
