Qualifications

• Advanced instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders in a global remit.
• Learning architecture and ecosystem design.
• Experience with LMS and AI-enabled learning tools, authoring tools and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the future learning vision and operating model for D&G.
• Design, develop and implement innovative learning solutions across digital, blended and performance support formats.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps and identify solutions.
• Define and evolve learning design methodologies, standards and frameworks.
• Establish governance for consistency, quality and scalability.
• Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies and AI tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the learning technology ecosystem.
• Apply human-centred design to improve learner experiences.
• Develop learning solutions using media including eLearning, simulations, video and audio.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and branding guidelines.
• Use analytics to demonstrate business impact and drive improvement.
• Coach instructional designers and learning professionals.
