Job summary

EZRA Laboratories in London is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to craft high-quality learning experiences that translate psychological insights and coaching principles into practical, engaging formats. This role focuses on design, with autonomy and mentoring responsibilities to elevate team craft.

You will shape experiences across workshops, webinars, events, and other formats, collaborating with Marketing, Events, and client teams while staying close to evidence-based learning

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Strong capability in designing learning for leadership development and coaching.
• Solid understanding of psychological principles and behaviour change.
• Background in occupational psychology or behavioural science is preferred.
• Experience applying evidence-based approaches to learning in organizational contexts.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, usable learning experiences.
• Experience mentoring designers and providing constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of learning experiences across formats (workshops, webinars, events).
• Translate coaching concepts into learning objectives, narratives, and activities.
• Create practical, application-focused learning that supports behaviour change in real work contexts.
• Balance rigor with accessibility and grounding in evidence.
• Tackle complex design challenges and raise quality standards across the team.
• Mentor less experienced designers and review peers' work to improve quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events to shape participant journeys for market-facing and client experiences.
• Partner with EZRA Labs leaders to turn concepts into delivered experiences.
