Carshalton College is seeking a Senior Learning Coach to support students aged 16-25 with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role involves planning and delivering teaching sessions, learning and assessment to help learners progress and achieve qualifications.

Ideal candidates will have recent experience with diverse needs, be flexible to curriculum changes, and demonstrate strong computer literacy. DBS checks and pro-rated benefits are part of the package.

Formación

• Experience of working with and supporting students aged 16-25 with a range of needs including autism and complex needs.
• Ability to plan and deliver teaching sessions, learning and assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Support students to succeed in achieving learning goals and qualifications.
• Assist with planning and delivering teaching sessions and assessments for learners with learning disabilities/difficulties.
• Help source work experience placements for young people with additional needs.
