South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Coach to support learners with social, emotional and mental health needs and EHCP outcomes. This term-time role is 28 hours per week over 38 weeks, offering an entry path into education, ideal for recent graduates aiming to become a teacher.
You will help learners achieve their English and Maths goals, maintain progress records, and plan targeted support. A GCSE/Level 2 in English and Maths is encouraged if not already held.

The role of Learning Coach is a rewarding one, as you will support and mentor learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, a disability, learning difficulty or medical condition, and/or with ESOL, English and Maths support needs, to enable them to successfully complete their qualifications, course and where appropriate, education, health and care plan (EHCP) outcomes.
