As a Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will hold a critical role providing strategic leadership to enhance and mature the learning offerings, building the regulatory and technical capabilities required in HSE during a significant transition period.
This role is within the HSE’s Human Resources Division (HRD) and is part of the wider HRD Organisational Development Team. You will implement corporate organisational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with HSE’s People Strategy, taking direction from the Head of Organisational Development.
You will provide strategic guidance to an established learning team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Learning & Development plan, ensuring the outcomes meet both learner and organisational needs, while managing a complex training delivery schedule.
Your focus will be on creating innovative L&D solutions to support the regulatory and technical development needs of HSE Divisions, especially the Building Safety Division.
Leading a team of learning and regulatory specialists, you will work collaboratively with energy and pace, developing and leading initiatives that align with the organisation’s strategic goals.
