The Senior Learning and Development Manager (12-month maternity cover) will plan, develop, and implement engaging training programs aligned with business strategies. You will manage a team and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance hospitality service, leadership, and employee engagement.
Experience in hospitality L&D management, team leadership, operational senior roles, FOH & BOH operations, LMS experience, project management, and innovative training delivery.
