Job summary

Boeing seeks a Senior Manager - Design, Maintenance, Modifications and Manufacturing Engineering in the United Kingdom. You will head a broad engineering team supporting customer Part M requirements and enabling Part 145 delivery across customer, BDUK, and supplier activities.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive operational excellence, governance, and growth across the Design Center and Production Engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree typically required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design Center and Production Engineering activities.
• Accountable for delivery of work scope to programmes and business growth.
• Manage resources and recruitment; report performance to management.
• Drive technical governance and Engineering function strategy.
• Develop culture aligned with Enterprise values and budget planning.
