Job summary

The role coordinates across Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations to deliver design outcomes across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with mechanical/aero/material focus.
• Experience in tooling design and manufacturing.
• Supplier management incl. SOW/BOE.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering teams.
• Experience with CAD/PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline design team and build capability.
• Own design decisions and trade-offs; document rationale.
• Drive engineering standards and verification strategies.
• Manage supplier development and delivery to meet goals.
• Represent design in programme governance to leadership and customers.
• Lead proposal/bid support and Basis of Estimates.
