The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Manager – Design, Maintenance, Modifications and Manufacturing Engineering in the United Kingdom. You will lead the BDUK Design Center and Production Engineering teams, driving Part M and Part 145 delivery across client, BDUK, and supplier activities, while shaping the department’s strategy and governance.

Formación

• Engineering leadership experience
• Knowledge of Military Airworthiness Authority (MAA) Regulatory Articles (RA4800 series)
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance

Responsabilidades

• Lead the BDUK Design Center and Production Engineering teams
• Deliver engineering tasks for Part M and Part 145 across customer, BDUK, and supplier activities
• Forecast departmental budget and manage financial performance
• Promote technical excellence and drive engineering initiatives
• Coach engineers through Technical Lead Engineers and Boeing Designated Experts
• Engage with wider Boeing Enterprise to align strategy and culture
