You will influence product design, contribute to software engineering standards, and mentor peers while advancing enterprise-wide practices in AI-assisted development and secure coding.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages with a strong focus on code quality and maintainability.
• Cloud native experience with scalability, resiliency, and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' work.
• Drive decisions influencing product design, functionality, and operations.
• Act as SME in one or more areas and share best practices across the team.
