Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with advanced practical experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing and operational stability.
• Strong programming skills with emphasis on code quality and maintainability.
• Cloud native experience with scalability, resiliency and security principles.
• Background in CS/CE/Math or related field.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and evaluating their outputs for correctness and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors and vendors.
• Develop secure, production-quality code and review others’ work.
• Influence product design and operational processes across SDLC.
• Act as SME in one or more focus areas and share best practices.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices and secure coding standards.
