Job summary

You will guide teams across meta-modeling, AI-assisted development, and end-to-end delivery, influencing design choices and advancing engineering practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced Java and Typescript experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and governance on code quality, performance and security.
• Knowledge of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.

Responsibilities

• Leads the engineering of cutting-edge solutions in metadata, meta-modelling and distributed systems.
• Provides technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code from others.
• Drives AI-assisted practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and reliability.
• Uses SDLC toolchain knowledge to enhance value and automation at scale.
• Influences product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert and advocates firmwide best practices.
