Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management, business process improvement, or business integration.
• Experience working across multiple teams, offices, markets, or geographies is preferred.
• Strong project management, planning, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Design and implement streamlined, scalable processes aligned with global standards.
• Track adoption and impact, using data to refine processes.
• Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and documentation.
