Job summary

Wise is building a new Business Process Excellence function and seeks a senior Process Engagement leader to map, measure, and improve operational processes. The role focuses on global standardisation, collaboration with controls and product teams, and driving data-driven improvements that enhance regulatory compliance and customer outcomes.

You will lead a team of process engineers, shaping operating models for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process engineering or management, with scale experience.
• Ability to map complex processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Experience driving data-driven improvements and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead global process mapping and design to-be state, standardising approaches across regions.
• Collaborate with controls, compliance, and product/engineering to drive improvements.
• Define a 12-month strategy and execution plan with measurable outcomes.
• Use data to justify improvements and track KPIs for customer outcomes.
• Map and assure L1 controls, KPIs, and documentation for audits.
