Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to drive end-to-end process discovery, design and measurable improvements within the Project Management unit.

You will map current processes, define future state, run workshops with process owners and deliver KPI-backed changes that enable the future operating model.

Ideally based in Hatfield, UK, but other UK locations are considered; strong facilitation and Lean Six Sigma/BPMN experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end process discovery, mapping and future-state design (e.g., BPMN) in large, complex organisations.
• Track record delivering process improvements with measurable outcomes (cost, cycle time, quality).
• Knowledge of BPM, process transformation, standardisation and digitisation best practice (Lean/CI desirable).
• Workshop facilitation and requirements capture to produce clear artefacts and decisions.
• Ability to define process measures/KPIs, baselining, and track benefits through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery and mapping, defining boundaries, interfaces, roles and controls.
• Facilitate current and future-state design workshops and secure sign-off.
• Translate opportunities into an improved backlog with prioritised actions including automation potential.
