Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Global Product Enablement to drive end-to-end servicing and integration across Delivery & Care teams. You will partner with product owners and stakeholders globally to create streamlined processes and a positive customer experience.

The role requires initiative, critical thinking and go-to-market understanding, with the ability to highlight data assets that inform business decisions and improvements across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex initiatives across a matrixed org.
• Proven ability to simplify tasks and explain impact in business terms.
• Strong relationships with internal/external partners and varying management levels.
• Understanding of payment ecosystem and Mastercard products, data assets and hand-offs.
• Experience delivering presentations that drive leadership decisions.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and support global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with Product teams to scope requirements and map to operational tasks.
• Ensure consistency and delivery of service design processes across verticals.
• Identify automation opportunities and simplify processes in large initiatives.
• Lead merger/acquisition, localization, and regional initiatives.
• Equip B2B delivery teams with knowledge, tools, and documentation to perform effectively.
• Train regional teams on products and implementation processes.
• Collaborate to enable integrated, automated, scalable tooling and reporting.
• Lead regular business reviews on product performance and improvements.
