Job summary

Reed & Mackay seeks a Team Leader for the Premier Client Success team to guide Global Partnership Managers serving our most strategic clients in law, banking, and professional services. You will drive client retention, mentor colleagues, and oversee complex migrations from legacy tech to Navan, delivering white-glove service while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering client success in the travel or professional services sector.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue and client contribution targets.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills inspiring teams to perform at a high level.
• Experience developing, tracking and measuring team effectiveness using KPIs and reviews.
• Strategic thinking with ability to guide complex partnerships.
• Solid understanding of the TMC landscape and travel industry practices.
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to an assigned team of Client Success Managers, setting goals and metrics.
• Ensure high client retention and strategic partnerships across the portfolio.
• Share customer insights to inform service improvements and client success strategies.
• Support CSMs in managing complex client relationships and negotiations, including hands-on involvement.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Mentor CSMs to build executive-level trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance for complex migrations to the Navan platform.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to reinforce Navan’s position as a strategic partner.
