Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a Senior Lead, Business Process & Integration on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead cross-market process improvements, document and standardize workflows, and drive global-aligned integration initiatives.

You will collaborate with the SVP of Business Integration, engage senior leadership, and shape how markets outside NAM operate with greater clarity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management, business process improvement, business integration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and transform them into clear, actionable processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across markets outside NAM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Design and implement streamlined processes that scale with the business and align with global standards.
• Track adoption and measure impact with data-driven insights.
• Serve as a key point of contact for teams seeking clarity on processes and methods.
• Partner with global counterparts to ensure consistent roles and processes across markets.
