Job Title: Senior Key Client Property Manager

Location:Stratford (1 day per week at home after training)

Brand: Portico

Salary:up to £38,000 OTE including commission

Hours:Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Key Client Property Manageryou will be tasked with managing a large portfolio of residential lettings properties; delivering a fast, effective, and professional service that we promise to deliver to our Landlords. The environment is fast paced, and you need to be conscientious, hardworking, and driven to produce results.

The position is permanent and will provide opportunity to the right candidate to progress to a senior position in one of London's leading estate agencies.

Duties will include:

  • Lead by example whilst adopting the LRG policies, procedures and values.
  • Constantly strive for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and inspire while delivering excellent Customer Service.
  • Be responsible for the for understanding and following of the companies H & S policies and practices.
  • Promote and equip user champions to improve the adoption of technology.
  • Be an exceptional communicator being comfortable with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Have the ability to up manage where necessary for the success of the project.
  • Create and measure measurement systems to track changes
  • Managing a portfolio of properties in the local area.
  • Organising & conducting property visits.
  • Organising safety inspections in line with legislation and flagging up remedial works.
  • Reporting back to landlords and arranging any necessary remedial work.
  • Dealing promptly and courteously with all communications from landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues and dealing with potential dangers associated with a property in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals, collecting rent and dealing with late payments.
  • Processing end of tenancy check outs, liaising with utility companies, letting offices and client accounts departments.
  • Running monthly reports.

  • Have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
  • Have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
