Job Description: Senior Key Client Property Manager

Salary: up to £38,000 OTE including commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Key Client Property Manager, you will manage a large portfolio of residential lettings properties, providing a fast, effective, and professional service to our Landlords. The environment is fast-paced, requiring conscientiousness, hard work, and results-driven attitude.

This is a permanent position with opportunities for progression to a senior role within one of London's leading estate agencies.

Duties include:
  • Lead by example, adhering to LRG policies, procedures, and values.
  • Strive for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and inspire your team.
  • Understand and follow company health & safety policies.
  • Promote and support technology adoption among users.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee property portfolios and conduct property visits.
  • Organize safety inspections and coordinate remedial works.
  • Report to landlords and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Handle communications from landlords, tenants, and contractors courteously and promptly.
  • Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance issues and safety concerns.
  • Negotiate tenancy renewals, collect rent, and manage late payments.
  • Coordinate end-of-tenancy processes and liaise with utility companies and other departments.
  • Generate and analyze monthly reports.
