The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing property agency based in the heart of Canary Wharf. Managing a portfolio of 100-120 modern residential apartments, this role offers the chance to thrive in a supportive team and make a real impact in a company that's only getting started.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a high-end residential portfolio, delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants. With support from an in-house administrator and third-party contractors, you'll manage maintenance, tenancies, compliance, and inspections with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of 100-120 residential properties (mostly apartments in Canary Wharf)

  • Liaise with tenants and landlords, resolving queries and maintaining positive relationships

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors

  • Oversee tenancy renewals, rent arrears, and payment tracking

  • Carry out property inspections (check-ins and check-outs via third-party contractor)

  • Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across your portfolio

  • Use Alto CRM for property management tasks and client interaction

  • Offer guidance in line with ARLA standards and property legislation



What You'll Need


  • Experience in residential property management

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Working knowledge of relevant property laws (ARLA qualification desirable)

  • Experience with Alto CRM or similar systems

  • A driving licence is desirable but not essential
